I would say that the AutoCAD 2011 Bible would be a great gift. Maybe a CAD Card but definitely a second monitor. Maybe a subscription to Cadalyst Magazine?

A long while back I bought “The Illustrated AutoCAD 2006 Quick Reference” by Ralph Grabowski. It is a great book if you are a typer like myself. It has every command under the sun for AutoCAD…so it seems!
If you were to give a present to a serious AutoCAD user who likes to know more then the average AutoCAD guy, I definitely recommend Ralph Grabowski’s version for AutoCAD 2011.
